I am looking for a particular item how do I find it?
All the items on the web site and listed under the type of item it is, need it be bowling balls, bowling shoes, shirts, or equipment. All can be found on the home page, click on the link and then they will be found by the manufacturer.
 
Does Simply Bowling share any of it customer info?
Simply Bowling does not share any of it's customers info. Your info is private and will always remain private with Simply Bowling.
 
How does Simply Bowling protect my Credit Card info?
Simply Bowling  uses the latest technology to protect your credit card info and we do not release it to any outside organization.
 
What type of payment is offered?
Simply Bowling offers 3 type of payment.
Credit/Debt Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Debit cards with the Visa and Master card logo.
     PayPal: If you have a Paypal account feel free to use it as a form of payment.
Checks: We will accept personal checks. For purchases made with a personal check, there will be a 10 day waiting period before product is shipped. Mail the order with the check and the  shipping address to:

Money Orders: Send the order to the above address and the order will be shipped out when the order is received. (the Money Order must be in U.S. Dollars)
 
 
What is Simply Bowling return policy?
Simply Bowling will help you with your returned merchandise if you follow a few simple steps.
 
1. All items must be returned in the  protective package in addition to the manufacturer’s packaging, with in 15 days of receipt.
 
2. All shoes can be exchanged for a different size as long the returned shoes are not worn and  has original invoice.
 
3. If a customer refuses an order with out be authorized be Simply Bowling and the contents are what was ordered by the customer, Simply Bowling reserves the right to charge the customer any fee incurred by the said shipping company.
 
4. All merchandise must be unused and undrilled, and in the same condition it was shipped to you.
 
5. The original invoice you printed at the time of purchase or the e-mail we sent to you confirming the purchase the shows the order # must be returned with the merchandise.
 
6. All returns are required to have a (RMA #) Return Merchandise Authorization #
 
7. Unfortunately we can not accept returns on discontinued or closeout merchandise.
 
8. After receiving the return and confirming the condition of the returned merchandise Simply Bowling will gladly credit your credit card or issue a refund check.

Are the bowling balls drilled?
Unfortunalty we can not drill bowling balls. You will have to take the ball to your local pro shop for drilling.
